My aim is to enable people to make positive changes to their lives be it managing anxiety, depression, weight, phobias, stop smoking or other unhelpful behaviours or a goal you want to achieve.
What is Solution Focused Hypnotherapy?
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is where the therapist works and talks with the client to establish what they would like to achieve either a feeling or a particular goal (the solution) rather than focusing on the problem.
Hypnosis is a very natural state where the therapist guides the client into a wonderful trance to enable their mind to relax and focus on their solutions and make suggestions that might be useful to help them make significant and positive changes in their lives in a relatively short period of time.
Breathwork is a beautiful science based technique for stimulating the vagus nerve in a positive way. This is done by using various breathing techniques and so enabling the individual to feel calm, relaxed and manage their emotional responses.
Overwhelm and anxiety leads to unhelpful thoughts and feelings preventing restful sleep, creating unhealthy habits such as over-eating, smoking and generally not coping with life.
These techniques delivered by Karina JB either in a group (no self disclosure needed) or 1 to 1. The sessions can be 15-60 minutes long releasing and letting go of unhelpful emotions.
