Shift Unwanted Weight and Walk with Confidence
The small group weight management programme is coming up to it's 3rd week and seems very popular with the clients.
Karina JB offers 2 options specifically to kickstart a healthier you.
Option 1 is a one to one 5 week programme either face to face or via zoom
Option 2 is a small group (up to 5 people) 5 week management programme in a safe location of your choice. Prices will vary depending on cost of location and and amount of people attending. This groups will involve talking in the '3rd person' so no one needs to feel pressurised to disclose any personal thoughts and feelings.
The sessions value the individual's needs and goals but is a warm friendly environment that will enable you to love and respect yourself more-reducing anxiety and weight and enabling you to hold your head up and walk with confidence.

We've managed to do a small group weight management programme in this garden room by wrapping up warm and having copious amounts of freshly laundered blankets-which actually haven't been needed yet.(the eagled eyed of you will notice the bottles of fizz-they are non alcoholic and are not props for the programme)
The content of the programme for one to one or face to face and maty vary depending on the discussion and needs of the individual(s). Generally the 'menu' will be based on the below
